Asset Growth over 10 years
The Community Foundation has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 1968, spurred by the extraordinary generosity of local donors and strong, long-term investment returns.
2025 Assets - Endowed & Non-Endowed
Endowed Funds are permanent funds that follow a spending rate each year, currently set at 4% of the fund’s 12-quarter trailing average asset value. This allows the principal to grow, while also increasing grant dollars over time.
Non-Endowed or Flexible Funds do not follow a spending policy. Donors can grant as much as they wish in a given year, as long as they maintain a $1,000 minimum fund balance.
Assets by Fund Type
We offer several fund options to support the varying goals and interests of donors. This chart reflects an overview of the assets by fund type for 2025.
