Congratulations to the winners of the 2026 R.E.B. Awards for Distinguished Educational Leadership! These exceptional principals demonstrate the very best of school leadership—supporting their teachers, inspiring their students, and strengthening the connections between their schools and communities.
Effective principals are vital to a thriving education system. They set the vision for their schools, guide and support educators, and cultivate learning environments where students can succeed. By engaging families and community partners, they help build a culture that uplifts students and expands opportunities for their schools.

The R.E.B. Awards for Distinguished Educational Leadership celebrates these remarkable leaders and the lasting impact they make in their schools and communities.
Each award consists of a $10,000 cash grant to the principal, and an additional $20,000 for a project chosen by the principal to benefit the school. In addition, each runner up received $10,000 to support their proposed school project.
